- Explore the reasons behind potential food cravings through emotional release in breathwork (2 in-person meetings)
- Primarily focus on changing your habits, limiting beliefs that are holding your back from achieving your health goals;
- Implement new healthy habits to maintain a healthy lifestyle;
- Work on improving your confidence level, life goals and priorities through various workshops and mindfulness techniques;
- Meal plans with recipes will be provided;
- Access to an online workout program.
