ABOUT
Moving to the USA has profoundly impacted my life. I moved alone, knowing no one and not speaking English, and had to start my entire life from scratch.
I faced numerous challenges, including dealing with stress, losing several jobs, experiencing abusive relationships, and surviving violence.
These experiences took a toll on me mentally, emotionally, and physically, leading to compulsive emotional overeating.
I felt completely stuck, helpless, and hopeless. At some point, I realized that I needed to change something in my life that was holding me back. So, what helped me? Changing the way I think.
But what does that mean? Changing the way of thinking involves altering one’s perspective, beliefs, or mental approach towards life’s challenges, breaking free from a victim mentality, and focusing on self-improvement.
By practicing self-awareness and listening to our bodies, we can let go of destructive habits, emotions, and behaviors and truly begin to heal.
Four months after trusting the process and embracing spirituality, I managed to break free from a victim mentality, took responsibility for my life, gained mental clarity, and as a bonus, lost 24 lbs. You can achieve anything if you put your mind to it! And I’m here to teach you how to do it.
