WHAT YOU SHOULD BE MINDFUL OF IF YOU WANT TO LIVE A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

🟢 DIET - The quality of food that you put into your body can make or break you! Although counting your calories and macros are a great way to progress on your health/fitness journey, it's not the only thing that matters! I always encourage my clients to look at the ingredient list BEFORE looking at the macros and calories because QUALITY is much more important!

🟢 MOVEMENT - Being active is incredible for your overall health! Some days are going to be better than others but whatever you do, get up and just move in a way that makes you feel GOOD!

🟢 JOURNALING - It can be effective for many different reasons and help you reach a wide range of goals. It can help you clear your head, make important connections between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and even build new healthy habits!
 
🟢 WHAT YOU HEAR & HOW YOU SPEAK - Unfortunately, we live in a society that enjoys seeing us live in fear so be careful what you choose to listen to.

Also, be mindful of who you surround yourself with & how they make you feel! Are they providing you with value? Do they make your days better? Or are they draining you and sending you into a loop of comparison?

Lastly, be mindful of how you speak to YOURSELF & OTHERS! Your words are spells and what you speak becomes your REALITY. Choose your words wisely. All of these things can negatively impact your mental health which in return can affect your overall health. ⁣
