HOW TO BOOST ENERGY IN THE MORNING

1.QUICK EXERCISE/DANCING

Before I go to sleep I put my phone away as far as possible so I can get out of bed and do my exercises while I’m going to turn off the alarm🚨

2.DRINKING WATER

It helps provide your body with the hydration it needs to start the day. When you drink water, it stimulates other organs and systems in the body, and may

It can stimulate the body, as it raises oxygen within the circulation, which could make a person feel more awake.
